That's just me tho, I guess if you can make it BITTING ryhme patterns and schemes then go ahead. BUT!!!!! PLEASE ONLY PUSH IT OUT IF YOU KILL THE ORIGINAL TRACK. It makes no sense for these so called MC's to release a MIXTAPE to show their so called SKILLZ if they are not going to come close to what was originally recorded. In my opinion it show's a LACK of creativity and work ethic. I mean we dont need to flood our already hurting culture with GARBAGE. It's bad enough that everyone wants to MC and make BEATS, but come on.........get it together. ORIGINALITY COUNTS! I mean there are so called INDIE LABELS putting out mixtapes, with no authorization by the producers who's beats they are JACKING.

It's called work harder.......IF YOUR A PRODUCER FIND MC'S, IF YOUR AN MC FIND A PRODUCER. Put out original works, and call em mixtape's if ya want. BUT BE ORIGINAL!!!!
You even got producers RE-MIXING songs and putting out a RE- MIX album. Once again, if your RE-MIX is not going to be better than the original KEEP IT TO YOURSELF.
But this is just my opinion.
And they want to say they are earning credz.....and building a rep. HA!!!!!
In my opinion coming fresh with original content builds cred and gets you a stronger rep. Think about it for a second....
How many times have you gone to a show and heard a so called up & coming artist bust a karaoke jam......sorry I mean a song from their MIXTAPE. Walked out and thought to yourself "WTF was he thinking", or "I can't believe he did that". I know everytime we go on stage I can count at least an act on the line up that is/has/will do a MIXTAPE JAM.
They call it entertainment......but wouldn't you want to entertain crowds with YOUR sound & YOUR style. Get people to know YOU for YOU, not......"oh yeah he did that track over ______'s beat" or "that re-mix was OK".
Don't know how many people will LOVE IT or HATE IT, but thats my opinion.
